I recently purchased my new Latex mattress from you. To my amazement it arrived in two days. After spending almost 10 hours to empty my waterbed, fold it and put it back in it's shipping carton and then lug the latex in the bedroom, get the pieces situated in my pillow top cover and finally getting the sheets on, I just dropped on the bed. My first and only thought was: Oh no, it's too firm! Well, 10 hours later I woke up, feeling just great. I have severe back problems and also Fibromyalgia. I had an Airbed, hated it. Then recently ordered the waterbed, hated it. The Latex bed was my next try.
I have not had 10 hours of uninterrupted sleep in about 6 years, I could not believe I slept that long. Of course I then decided it was the exhaustion of fighting with the waterbed and then the foam. I had no one to help me and am not exactly young anymore. Well, the following night I again slept almost 10 hours, waking up in less pain than I have in ages.
Since those first two days I have experienced nothing but good uninterrupted sleep and was even able to cut down on my pain medication at night.
So, again, THANK YOU for my wonderful Latex bed, for working with me on the selection and just generally being very nice and easy to do business with. You guys are fantastic...terrific service and a great product. I still sleep like a baby, and that is difficult after four back surgeries and Fibro. EVERY Fibromite should sleep on Latex!!!!

It was a blast watching the foam 'inhale' when we removed the plastic. I am recommending your company to anyone who will listen. Owner's Note: This was one of the more unique deliveries we have arranged. Ouzinkie (population 200) is on an island not far from Kodiak. There are no street names, addresses, or bridge to get to the island. We shipped the mattress via Lynden Transport to their Kodiak facility. Justyna's husband, who is a commercial fisherman, took his boat to Kodiak where Lynden Transport met him at the dock with the mattress.
Customer's Note: I kind of figured delivery here would not be so simple...that's why I wanted to go through your people, not our usual barge transport, etc.. The people at Lynden's on this side were so very helpful -it was much worse than you think ...there had been an awful blizzard in Kodiak, then it melted a bit, then froze & iced over -so even trucking it from their storage to the boat harbor was tricky. Because it was around Christmas time, they were swamped with deliveries, but still squeezed us in although we couldn't give them much notice because we didn't know (due to weather) exactly when we could make it over to Kodiak. They even said they would hold the mattress for us in their storage at no charge until we could make it to Kodiak. It really feels good to deal with such kind people. You can be proud of them! (We are!)
Just wanted to personally thank you for sending the new mattress so quickly. I needed it immediately for my husband's hospital bed. It has helped his pain. (He has a really nasty, painful cancer--treatable, but noncurable). I needed help and you came to my rescue.

Wanted to thank you for one of.....if not THE....most positive experiences I've ever had making a purchase. We found your web site on a random Google search and became quite educated about Latex mattresses via the site. Armed with our new-found knowledge and unwilling to purchase online without ever having seen a Latex mattress, we visited a local store that specializes in Latex. We left the store with "sticker shock" (2-3 times what your mattresses cost!), but confident that Latex was for us and with what felt like the most comfortable firmness combinations. We went with a Soft/Medium/Firm Ultimate Plus which most closely matched the mattress we liked at the store, though you warned us that the Soft layer was pretty soft. After sleeping on this combination for almost 3 weeks, we decided that you were probably right and that the soft layer was too soft. Although, even this combination was MUCH more comfortable than any other bed we'd tried. You were quite helpful and patient in guiding us toward what might be a better choice. We exchanged it to give us a Medium/Firm/Firm combination and are extremely happy! The exchange was quick, easy and painless and our rebate arrived in no time at all. I was amused at the small package and had a vision of someone (Three Stooges came to mind) popping open an inflatable life raft in a small stateroom was the first thing I thought of but it all went uneventful and the foam restored in a matter of minutes. Took a day or so to get used to the difference but have been sleeping like the proverbial baby ever since.

After trying most every mattress known to man: airbed, waterbed, futons (cotton and spring loaded) and standard spring loaded mattresses, I found that as I got older I had increasing back pain and pressure point pain, not to mention tossing and turning during the night. After researching the choices on the web a Latex mattress seemed to make the most sense and Foam Sweet Foam was the site that attracted our attention. scott, i was able to pick up my order from fedex on friday. we have slept on it for 6 nights now and agree with the positive feedbacks. my wife and i get a restful sleep and i don't toss and turn like i did with the other mattress. my wife wakes up with zero pain in her neck and shoulders. we tell a lot of people about your company. most don't have any idea about Latex, they think its the space foam. it's much, much better - thank you for your great customer service and great Latex mattress. i do agree with upgrading to the quilted cover, it does make a differenceronald - Nevada

I LOVE my new Latex mattress. The pillows are also wonderful. I threw my old king size Latex pillows away because they were crumbling after 25 years of daily use. Your Web page made me feel like I was dealing with people who would be professional and really knew what they were doing, yet had a sense of humor. Sounds goofy, but this had an impact. You did not disappoint me.
Shipping: I have no idea how you can charge 12.50, but that was a deal clincher. The closest competition I found (in Texas, I think?) was charging "regular" shipping and a bit more for the product. I got my mattress 2/3 of the way across the country in 2 days for 12.50. Not at all bad.
Return: Unfortunately I had to return the mattress for a firmer one. Fortunately FSF was set up to deal with that quickly and professionally. And again being up front about what they can and can't do with returns -- instead of promising the moon -- helped build my confidence.BTW I found you through Google where I do most searching. You came closest to the top of a search on "Latex mattress".

We have been sleeping on our bed for 3 nights now and it is wonderful. When I saw that little package (how in the world do you squeeze all of that bed into such a small package?) I was skeptical to say the least. When we opened it and it expanded into a bed much bigger then our current posturpedic (They're both queens, but yours is at least 2-3" deeper) I was astounded. My wife said after the 2nd night that she dreamt that she was sleeping on a cloud, and when she woke it was true. I can't say enough about your bed and how wonderful it feels. I am waking up with out any pain in my joints or back. I can only hope that others can see what a wonderful deal your bed is compared to the beds that cost twice as much. We bought the quilted cover and are quite impressed with how good the bed looks and feels.

I have not had internet access until today, so I have been a little slow in thanking you for getting my order to me promptly and in good condition. I got the 6 inches of visco, 2 inches of HR firm and 3 inches of HR medium. It makes a good combination to sleep on.I was a bit worried that so much visco would make it soft, but it's surprising that it along with the HR foam supports so well.
I got my order the second day after I placed it and the FedEx guy made the comment on whatever it was was very heavy for such a small package and whatever it was was padded well. I told him that the padding *was* the product, but it didn't sink in. It's amazing that without air, the foam can be shrunk as small as it was. It weighed 100 lbs. and was around 30 inches on a side.
I have not had sleep this good in many years. I was out recovering from surgery for a week after I got the foam so I slept in daily for over a week. I was able to sleep in for around ten or eleven hours the first few nights. Normally, I am sore and can't sleep in that long. After a few days of catch-up, I now sleep a more normal amount. Hopefully groggy mornings are behind me now.

I suffer from Fibromyalgia and the sleep dysfunction concomitant to the disorder. In the B.F. ("Before Foam") era, I'd wake up 17 times a night, aching in the parts of my body touching the bed. Now I *sleep* *through* *the* *night* on my marvelous foam. Do you realize what that means to a Fibromite? I feel reborn, and able to lick my weight in wildcats.

I first heard about Latex mattresses from my friends from Europe, and I was looking over the Internet for a best deal. Many Web sites sell Latex, but this one has the best prices, and the best shipping terms. I still don't understand how they manage to keep FedEx air delivery costs at $12.50. And I paid $12.50 only once, even though I got 3 orders: first I ordered samples of the foam, then I ordered firm mattress, and then I swapped it for medium firmness. I actually got a recommendation from the management to buy medium vs firm, but still decided to buy firm based on the samples I had got before. When 3 weeks later I realized I needed medium and called about it, it was that easy: I got my medium mattress 3 days later. All I had to do was to pack the firm mattress and send it back (it cost me about $40, but it was my fault after all).
I can recommend this service to anybody who is looking for a new mattress. And definitely, buy a Latex mattress, you will see.

I recently received one of your King size mattresses as a gift from my father. It was shipped to us within three days as you had promised.
