Return Policy

Because of the supportive and cushy nature of latex and the many options for comfort you have using our Mini-Stack System, it is unlikely you will want to return the mattress. Less than 1% of the mattresses we sell are returned.

When we do get the occasional request, the #1 reason has nothing to do with the mattress itself, but with a lack of communication between spouses.

We can send up to 4 samples for a nominal charge. To order samples, please call 949.215.3626

30 Day Exchange – Our goal is that you buy a mattress that is comfortable.  Within 30 days of the invoice date, you may exchange one latex layer of the mattress – one time. We will pay for the shipping charges of the exchanged layer. The customer is responsible for shipping charges of the returned item back to Foam Sweet Foam.

60 Day Return – Within 60 days of the invoice date, you may return the purchase. There is an 18% return fee for any returned item. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
