Because of the soothing, supportive, cushy nature of latex and the many options for comfort you have available using our Mini-Stack System, it is unlikely you will want to return the mattress. Less than 1% of the mattresses we sell are returned.
When we do get the occasional request, the #1 reason has nothing to do with the mattress itself, but with a lack of communication. Usually the mattress is returned because the person buying it did not get permission from their spouse.
In the event you do need to return the mattress, you have 60 days and there will be a 18% restocking fee.
The best way to avoid an exchange or return is to order foam samples. You will then know exactly what you are getting. We will send up to 4 samples for a nominal charge. To order samples, please call 909.606.5335.
30 Day Exchange - Our goal is that you buy a mattress that is comfortable. Within 30 days of the invoice date, you may exchange one latex layer of the mattress - one time. A second exchange will result in a 18% restocking fee and shipping charges. There is no third exchange. The customer is responsible for packaging and paying for shipping the item back to Foam Sweet Foam. Custom and Clearance items may not be exchanged.
60 Day Return - Within 60 days of the invoice date, you may return the purchase. The customer is responsible for packaging and paying for shipping charges back to Foam Sweet Foam. There is a 18% restocking fee for returned items. To receive credit, you must return all items listed on the invoice, including promotional items. Products not returned will be billed at the price on the invoice. All items must be returned in factory new condition. Custom and Clearance items may not be returned .
After 60 Days - No item may be returned or exchanged after 60 days.
Defective Products - If you receive a product that is defective, it will be replaced. Foam Sweet Foam will not refund the purchase price for the return of a defective product. You must notify us of the defective product within 10 days of the invoice date.
